While real estate listings are often presented through basic online photos and quick summaries, this concept project explored how a print brochure could create a more elevated presentation for Ridgeview Estate, a luxury residence. The challenge was to create a refined, aspirational piece that showcased the property and gave prospective buyers a more immersive way to experience it.
I designed a multi-page property brochure for Arbor Peak Realty that highlights the home’s architecture, interior spaces, exterior amenities, and full specifications through a clean, balanced layout. The design integrates professional photography, clear typography, and structured content sections for the property description, interior and exterior imagery, and detailed features and specifications. The visual approach was intentionally understated and elegant to complement the luxury nature of the home.
The final result is a polished marketing piece that transforms a standard listing into a high-end presentation tool. The brochure allows potential buyers to experience the scale, lifestyle, and value of the property through thoughtful layout and curated visual storytelling, positioning the home as a standout luxury offering.
